Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Trubio ("the Platform") at trubio.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Trubio. "You" refers to any person or entity using the platform — whether as a coach (account holder) or a client submitting a testimonial.

What Trubio Does

Trubio is a testimonial collection and display platform. It allows coaches, creators, and service providers to:

• Collect written and video testimonials from their clients via a unique collect link
• Upload screenshots of client results and reviews
• Display all verified testimonials on a public-facing proof wall
• Share their proof wall link to build trust with potential clients

Trubio is a tool — we do not verify the accuracy of the results or claims made in testimonials. That responsibility lies with the account holder.

Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier
• You must provide accurate information when setting up your profile

Content Rules — What You Can and Cannot Post

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, or display on Trubio. You agree that you will NOT:

• Post fabricated, fake, or misleading testimonials
• Upload testimonials or content from people who have not consented
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, or unlawful
• Upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Use Trubio to promote illegal products or services
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce other users' proof walls without permission

Your Content — Ownership & Licence

You retain full ownership of all testimonials, videos, and screenshots you upload to Trubio.

By uploading content, you grant Trubio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating your proof wall. We will never use your content for advertising or share it with third parties without your permission.

You represent that you have the rights and consent necessary to upload all content — particularly testimonials and videos featuring your clients.

Client Submissions & Consent

When a client submits a testimonial through your collect link, they are submitting their data to you. As the account holder, you must:

• Ensure your clients know their testimonial will be publicly displayed
• Obtain explicit consent before uploading any screenshot or video featuring a client
• Remove any client's testimonial promptly if they request it
• Not use client submissions for any purpose beyond your Trubio proof wall without separate consent

Trubio's Rights

Trubio reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms, without notice
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms
• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time
• Update these Terms — continued use after updates means acceptance

Disclaimer of Warranties

Trubio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

Trubio does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any testimonials or results displayed on any proof wall. Visitors viewing a proof wall should exercise their own judgement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trubio and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Trubio shall not exceed the amount you paid to Trubio in the 3 months preceding the claim (or ₹500, whichever is greater).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We encourage resolving disputes informally first — email us at beupmarker@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve any issue quickly.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting beupmarker@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all your data and your proof wall will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Trubio may terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In cases of serious violations (fake testimonials, illegal content), termination is immediate and without prior notice.
