What Data We Collect

We collect two categories of data:

How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the Trubio platform
• To display your proof wall to visitors who visit your public wall link
• To send you important account notifications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or policy violations
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law (DPDP Act 2023) and applicable international regulations

Your Clients' Data — Your Responsibility

When your clients submit testimonials through your Trubio collect link, they are submitting data to you — not directly to Trubio. This means:

• You are responsible for obtaining your clients' consent before asking them to submit testimonials
• You must not upload testimonials, screenshots, or videos of people who have not consented
• If a client asks to have their testimonial removed, you must remove it from your wall promptly
• Trubio stores this content on your behalf as a data processor

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security) and Supabase Storage for media files. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via HTTPS/TLS.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at beupmarker@gmail.com.

Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 (India) and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and all associated data
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent — stop using Trubio and request data removal at any time

Cookies

Trubio uses minimal cookies — only what's essential to keep you signed in (authentication session cookies via Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics at this time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform grows. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Trubio after changes means you accept the updated policy.
